Changing groups during the event. Load organizers may decide to make personal changes in the groups at any time during the event. This means that you may be moved from EBWC OPEN or 60-80way+ group to the 125-way+ group or from the 125-way+ to 60-80way+ or OPEN. This decision is solely up to the load organizers and will be based on the assessment of such criteria as individual jump quality, safety, group progress, etc. In case a participant is being moved from EBWC OPEN or 60-80way+ to 125-way+ group he/she will be obligated to cover the higher ticket price associated with the jumps made in the new group. In case a participant is being moved from 125-way+ to 60-80way+ or OPEN, Bigways.eu will refund the difference in ticket price for the jumps made in the new group. Group swaping does not entitle participants to any other refund then mentioned above.

Cancellation & Refund Policy: If you cancel prior to 10 weeks before the event, your entire 250 EURO deposit will be fully refunded. If you cannot honor your commitment to this event and you cancel within 10 weeks of the event start date, your entire 250 EURO deposit will be retained.
All refunds will be charged with a 10% operational fee.

Refund. In case of bad weather or other circumstances unforeseeable by the organizer there will be a ticket refund of 24 EURO / jump to Euro Big Way Camp OPEN, 30 Euro to the Euro Big Way Camp 60-80way+ and to 125-WAY+ CAMP participants.

Please bring along with you: current FAI or USPA skydiver license, photo identification, signed logbook, all jumpsuits and/or weights you may require during the event, helmet and audiable altimeter, rig with reserve in date, AAD is MANDATORY.

Fuel surcharge: Should fuel cost escalate we may be forced to charge an additional fuel surcharge to the cost of the event.

Weather: July and August  is a very warm and dry month here in Poland. Temperatures average 24 degrees Celsius, winds are mild, and not much precipitation can be observed.
